- Evaluations are summative appraisal cycles with rubrics and personnel documentation.
- Walk logs are never treated as evaluation evidence in product posture or marketing claims.
Deployment & data posture
Flexible deployment: client cloud or on-premise. Optional local AI / LFI nodes keep sensitive processing closer to campus when schools choose that path.
- Flat-rate licensing — no per-student upsell tricks.
- Tax-exempt certificates and PO workflows treat school documents as sensitive uploads.
- License files (Phase 2) verify offline so campuses keep running if the commercial site is down.
